This is how you can apply
Any woman from BPL family can apply for gas connection on the basis of Ujjawala scheme.
For this, KYC form has to be filled and submitted to the LPG center.
When applying, you have to say whether you want a 14.2 kg cylinder or a 5 kg one.
You can download the form in Ujjawala Yojana from the website of PM Ujjawala Yojana.
Apart from this you can also take it from LPG center.

To avail the benefits of this scheme, you need documents like BPL Card of Panchayat Officer or Municipal Corporation Chairman, Ration Card of BPL, Aadhar Card, Water ID, Passport Size Photo, Copy of Ration Card, LIC Policy, Bank Statement.
Who can apply
- Only women of the family can apply for this scheme.
- Applicant must be 18 years of age.
- The applicant family should be below the poverty line.
- The applicant must have an account in any bank.
- It should not already have a gas connection to its name.
